Vertical and horizontal receivers in SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L for distillate, condensate and solvent collection under vacuum or pressure.
Receiver tanks collect distillate and condensate from reactors, condensers and distillation columns. We build flanged and welded receivers in SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L with sight glasses, level gauges and vacuum-rated construction.
Receivers can be supplied plain, jacketed or limpet coiled, and mounted on legs, skirts or castors as required by plant layout.
Receivers are positioned below the condenser to collect distillate under gravity, with dip pipes, level gauges and vacuum-rated nozzles so that the batch can be measured, sampled and transferred without breaking the closed circuit. Calibrated level gauge glasses, load cells and jacketed execution for temperature-sensitive solvents are available on request.
Vacuum and pressure rated construction
Toughened sight glass and level gauge assemblies
Plain, jacketed or limpet coil options
Dished ends with polished internals
Leg, skirt or castor mounting
Capacities from 25 litres to 10,000 litres
Vacuum rated design with dished ends both sides
Calibrated level gauge glass, dip pipe and sampling nozzle
Indicative ranges - every unit is manufactured to the customer's process design and site requirement.
