Stainless Steel Reactors - Limpet Coil, Jacketed & Dimple Type

Techno-Mac Enterprises manufactures stainless steel chemical reactors in limpet coil, jacketed and dimple jacket construction for pharmaceutical, bulk drug, agrochemical and speciality chemical plants. Each reactor is engineered to the customer's process duty - volume, operating pressure, temperature, agitation and heat-transfer requirement.

Vessels are fabricated in SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L, duplex or MS-lined construction with mechanical seal or stuffing box sealing, and finished to GMP mirror polish or matt finish as required.

In operation the charged batch is agitated while the heating or cooling medium - steam, hot oil, chilled water or brine - circulates through the limpet coil or jacket. Nozzles are provided for charging, vapour outlet, thermowell, sampling, rupture disc and bottom flush discharge, and the complete assembly can be supplied with condenser, receiver, structural support and piping as a ready-to-install reaction block.
