Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and Condensers
We design and fabricate shell & tube heat exchangers, condensers, reboilers, chillers and coolers in stainless steel for process heating, cooling and vapour condensation duties across pharmaceutical and chemical plants.
Units are built with fixed tube sheet, U-tube or floating head construction and can be supplied loose or fully piped as part of a reactor assembly set.
The process vapour or liquid passes on one side while the service medium - cooling water, brine, chilled water or steam - flows on the other, with baffle spacing, tube pitch and pass arrangement selected from your duty data. Tube bundles are expanded and seal welded into the tube sheets, and removable-bundle designs are offered where periodic mechanical cleaning is expected.
