Pressure Vessels & Autoclaves
We manufacture pressure vessels and autoclaves for hydrogenation, high pressure reaction and sterilisation duties, fabricated to recognised design codes with full documentation and third-party inspection support.
Vessels are built in SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L and MS with jackets or limpet coils, and supplied with safety valves, rupture discs and pressure gauges.
Shell thickness, dished-end profile and nozzle reinforcement are calculated to IS 2825 / ASME Sec VIII Div 1, and welds are qualified, radiographed and dye-penetrant tested before hydro testing. Safety fittings such as pressure gauges, safety valves, rupture discs and vacuum breakers are fitted and documented with the vessel data book.
