Mirror polished stainless steel GMP vessels with agitator drives, castor mounting and hygienic fittings for pharmaceutical, API and food grade duty.
GMP vessels are mirror polished stainless steel vessels built for pharmaceutical, API, bulk drug and food grade processing where hygiene, cleanability and documentation are critical. We manufacture them in SS 304, SS 316 and SS 316L with crevice-free internal welds, sanitary nozzles and tri-clover type connections.
Each vessel can be supplied with top-entry agitator drives, baffle assemblies, manholes with sight glasses, CIP spraying devices and castor or leg mounting to suit the clean room layout. All contact parts are finished to 180-220 grit mirror polish with RA values documented on request.
Every unit is despatched with hydro-test and DP test reports, material certificates and polish records so the vessel can be validated directly into your GMP process line.
