Distillation & Fractionating Columns
We design and fabricate distillation, fractionating and stripping columns in stainless steel for solvent recovery, purification and separation duties across pharmaceutical, chemical and allied process plants.
Columns are offered with sieve trays, bubble cap trays or structured / random packed sections, and can be supplied as standalone towers or as complete systems with reboiler, condenser, reflux drum, piping and instrumentation.
Feed, reflux and draw-off nozzle positions are located from your process design, with tray spacing, downcomer arrangement and packing support grids selected to suit the duty. Sight glass assemblies, manholes and sample points are provided for operation and inspection, and every column is hydro-tested and dimensional checked before despatch.
